Gross! I think I got nature on me.

A rough day indeed.  A cool breeze, amazing wildflowers, and the sound of the Portneuf river in the background as we sit in the shade and discuss ecosystem services.

Ugh, I wish I was in a cubicle somewhere!

(Was that convincing?)

After watching the videos of the Miles projects I would not mind sitting in the shade all day and discussing the loss of water especiallly in Marsh Creek.  Read the blog I created it will discuss the cause of soil erosion and why the sediments enter the river.  The livestock are the number on cause.  They eat away the vegation on the banks and drink from it which causes the riverbank to erode away (soil erosion) and the sediments enter the water which creates the muddy mess in Marsh Creek.  The livestock owners and conservationists are working to help prevent the loss of water and making the water appealing to the eye so people may want to fish from it eventually.
